Become a Sampler

Hello Neighbor! We need your help. 

As a local food manufacturer we specialize in producing foods from a grain called barley, which is grown right here in Delta Junction. 

Between the flour mill and our commercial bakery we are constantly developing new recipes that one day might be the next great product we ship out to grocery stores, restaurants, lodges, and cafeterias across the state. Before we invest in statewide distribution of a new product we need to verify it’s good. That’s where you come in. We need people who can take our new products home, sample it, and fill out a questionnaire to help us determine if this product is ready for market.
