BREAKFAST BURRITO'S
Spice up your breakfast routine with this great potato replacement!
YIELDS: 5-6Â burritos
​INGREDIENTS​
- 1 package of AFC Cajun barley couscous, or another favorite flavor
- 1/2 pound sausage, bacon, or other favorite breakfast meat, cooked and crumbled
- 4-6 eggs, scrambled
- 5-6 tortilla wraps
TOPPINGS
- salsa
- avocado
- jalapenos
- shredded cheese
DIRECTIONS
- Cook up barley couscous according to package directions.
- Mix in cooked meat and eggs.
- Assemble burritos with your favorite toppings.
- Enjoy!
This is a great way to use up leftover couscous too!
